our reality & challenges

The pandemic and African Refugee experience revealed we aren’t properly organized to adequately support ourselves during prolonged socio-economic turmoil.

AI, robotics, climate change and adversarial politics will create new upheavals, and we need to prepare for their impact. We must organize and accelerate our community development to minimize hardships.

Our diversity makes organizing challenging because we are segmented, operate in silos and have varied priorities. So, to successfully prepare, we must first embrace the truth that we will achieve more faster by working together. This truth can take us beyond nationality and ethnic heritage and motivate us to participate in the necessary discussions and cross-community engagement.

Where We Will Organize

We will organize in our own digital neighborhood where we hold a 24/7/365 townhall for intentional, cross-community engagement to accelerate community development.  We use an online discussion platform where we identity issues, develop solutions and take collective action

Where Black Canadians Live

Black Canadians don't live in enclaves but are dispersed in major cities in every Province

But we now have a digital neighbourhood where we engage with each other for community development

We are now the most digitally, connected community in the Canadian Mosaic

Helping to Move a People Forward

Movements build power with numbers and achieve objectives through organizing.  Numbers is strength, numbers demonstrate commitment, numbers force recognition, numbers enforce consequences, numbers attract influential partnerships.

Every voice is important and adds to the conversations.  It’s critical that everyone contribute to solutions.  Our future development is best done as a collective.

Let’s create a BLACK RENAISSANCE in the 21st century
